About TASC

Norm Schultz is the President of TASC. His "sweet spot" is working with human performance improvement and behavior change. Norm received his BA in Psychology, with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis, from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. He then went on to earn his MA in Psychology from Western Michigan University, specializing in Organizational Behavior Management and Applied Behavior Analysis.

Norm is a frequent speaker at professional association meetings including American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), Project Management Institute (PMI) and International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). Norm also teaches the ASTD/Human Performance Improvement Certification curriculum. Norm  served on the ASTD-TCC board and served as chapter President in 2006. He recently received his CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning & Performance) designation from ASTD.
